Wild Week

June started very busy for us and I know that will continue! We celebrated our 12th anniversary on the 3rd. I can't believe it has been that many already. Time really does fly when you're having fun. Josh and I have now known each other for half of our lives!! We met when we were 17 at our summer jobs. Anyways, a lot has changed since then, but the fun has not! We spent the weekend with his family as they were here for his grandmother's funeral. While it is sad that she is not with us, it was hard to watch her struggle those last days. Monday was her funeral. J Last week, Josh was on vacation which was great because we got to have dinner together and go on walks together every single night. I think that was my favorite part of him being on vacation! I definitely love spending time with him. Work was crazy busy and I mean crazy! Busy was the theme of the week so the weekend was a blessing! We started swimmming lessons which was great. It is a nice time to sit and unwind next to the pool while the girls learn to swim. Bonus this time around...my friend is there too because her kids are taking lessons too! That is fun & exciting! So, here we are at the weekend. Laundry is running, the dishwasher ran, we have been dusting, vacuuming, cleaning etc... Aliyah & I put on some more items to sell because she has 1 week to go before camp! I'm so proud of her. She has helped and earned all but $5 of her money to go to camp. So, hopefully this week we will sell some stuff and she will earn that and some "snack money". She is even taking some of the pictures. Before it is dark, we need to clean upstairs, finish laundry, water the plants, go on a walk, and cook dinner...yikes!! This coming week is Vacation Bible School for the older two and swimming lessons. WOW! I definitely don't want this month to fly by, but it seems like it might. Oh yeah, we had a gorgeous and fun day yesterday at the pool. The weather was beatufiul and it was relaxing!!!!! Off to finish my weekend of work!
