My computer has pretty much crashed. It will not boot up in normal mode at all. The only
way I have just gotten on here one time in the past 24 hours is in SAFE MODE. I'm not sure if a bad virus
got it or what--guessing so since they seem to be going around. I did notice an ONLINECASINO555 window that was popping up every now and then. I don't play games on the computer so--not me. I hope to be able to back up and save my pictures from the past several years of the girls!

I bet it's a virus or a "worm". See if you can get to photobucket or picasa and download your pictures there,then no matter what happens to your computer the photos will be stored.
We had to take our computers in to Best Buy to have the viruses removed, new anti viral software installed, etc, and they did save all of our files and photos. They will come to your house if you don't want to take your computer in.I just mention Best buy because they worked for us and we were very happy with thier service and price. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!
