Sunday Morning

It is Sunday morning and here I sit and listen to random drip-drops. The week was interesting as we started it out with two sick little girls. We ended it with two sick parents. I am at the end of the sickness I think and Josh is mid-way. The bad thing is that he has a full weekend of work to endure the sickness.

What else does sickness bring...a house that needs a cleaning lady to help me catch up! There's not really a mess everywhere per-se...but I could probably write my name on my dresser--ergh!
Fortunately, we have managed to stay on schedule with Aliyah's schooling...somehow. We look forward to being done in just a few weeks. We skip all of the neat snow days and holidays that regular schools take (aside from Thanksgiving & Christmas) and finish early so that we can fully enjoy the nice weather once it arrives. Of course, I'm hoping that nice weather arrives as soon as say...March which begins next week--hooray!

On a side note, Aliyah just "delivered" the Sunday paper to me in my bed. She looks forward to its arrival each Sunday due to the comics. She can't get enough of them. She reads them, laughs, and may cut some out and mount them on paper. One day I threw them away after she had looked at them only to find them in their bedroom later. The little rascal must have seen them on top in the garbage can. I told her that there are only 2 more weeks of getting the comics so she had better enjoy them. I'm not really "IN" to taking the newspaper. I just did so to get the coupons. The coupons have been "ok" but nothing stellar. That is probably because most of the stuff in these coupons we don't use anyway. I hate taking the paper because it is so much of a mess and so much to just throw in the trash. I read the paper online anyway (when I need to know).

Well, another day for us girls in our pajamas. This has been the laziest weekend I can remember in our house, but we need to recover. If you find that cleaning lady, send her my way. If not, you may hear a lot of sneezing if I make it to cleaning the upstairs.
